Common questions
Do I need to be on the HSE CCS adelist?
You need to be an HSE-registered CCS pharmacy to offer Common Conditions consultations through ConsultHub. If you are not yet registered, see /for-pharmacists for the HSE registration process.
How do payouts work?
Patients pay €35 in the pharmacy at their appointment. Stripe handles card processing when you collect payment at the counter; you retain the pharmacy-side amount immediately, ConsultHub invoices the 10% platform fee monthly.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes. Cancel any time — your microsite stays live until the end of your billing period, then your listing reverts to Standard (bookings still work).
What does the microsite include?
A full-page branded site with hero, about, services, opening hours, contact, and an embedded booking widget. You can change theme, brand colour, logo, photos and copy from the dashboard.
Who owns the patient data?
Patients sign up with ConsultHub once, and you get access to the pre-screening / consultation record for every patient who books with you. ConsultHub is the data controller for directory/search; you are joint controller for clinical records. Full DPA on request.
